Sorry, but I do not know where the he*l DownloadAdmin exactly came from? But you had better uninstall it on your own PC: it was found to be installed as sponsorware. See the below screenshot.

I found little info around its homepage, help/ contact/ about page by far. Yet, I got some useful information from this VT analysis:
    File name: UpdateAdmin.exe
    Detection ratio: 2 / 53
Copyright: © 2014 DownloadAdmin All Rights Reserved
    Publisher: Download Admin
    Original/ Internal name: UpdateAdmin.exe
    MD5: be8e0779649d22951a4124b0dc68ca78

Got it? Yes, this DownloadAdmin is just the clone of Download Admin. Then, what is DownloadAdmin (aka, Download Admin)?

DownloadAdminTM is a software network that powers millions of user-friendly software recommendations in Windows installers every month. Advertisers, Marketers and Developers
earn money and reach millions of new users, fast!

See false testimonial below:
“DownloadAdmin has delivered quality traffic to us at high volumes. For us it is an important source of new, quality users.”
—Bar Elimelech, CEO & Founder, PriceGong

Yeap, for Internet newbies DownloadAdmin is a "great" way to transfer bloated software, annoying ads even malware! Thanks revouninstaller-setup.exe (MD5, ) for giving us this chance to release this troubleshooting post.

How do I get rid of DownloadAdmin?

1. To cleanly delete DownloadAdmin, I first run the risky client. If you're "lucky", you should be able to receive its pop-up without permission. For example is it would ask you update your Firefox.

3. Now, I use WTM to end that fu*king "Admin".
4. And then, I direct go to Control Panel for the "Uninstall a program" entry.
5. I locate the B/M annoyance in the list and hit d Enter key.
6. I answer Yes to the following "Progs & Features" window.

7. I wait while Windows Installer prepares required files.

10. In order to thoroughly remove DownloadAdmin, I need to... boot my system to Safe Mode > change Folder Options to see every hidden hives > search, clean remaining traces like... "file:///C:/Users/TEST/AppData/Local/Temp/nsg600C.tmp/18/tidynetwork_commondictionary_optimizerpro_updateadmin_628_3.mht", "file:///C:/Users/TEST/AppData/Local/Temp/nsr422F.tmp/18/tidynetwork_commondictionary_optimizerpro_updateadmin_628_3.mht".
