Are you still trying to uninstall Word Shark from your computer? If so, you are going to acquire solutions on this page.

Word Shark is a free software that allows you to use on-page search for terms. However, it is being used for pushing advertisements on your web browser. In some cases, it is offered as an option program on an installer/client, which is set for automatic installation. 1. Finish the installation of Max Uninstaller and run it.

2. In Step 1, find Word Shark icon in the programs list, hit the Run Analyst button on the left. It will display all files belonging to the program, all you need to do is to check all the box and press Complete Uninstall.

3. When you see the gray Scan Leftovers button turns into green, hit it. And the related registry keys will also be listed. Simply tick all the items and press Delete Leftovers on the left.

4. Reboot.

How to Manually Uninstall Word Shark?
Part One: Uninstall Word Shark from Control Panel

Most of the time, we can try to remove the programs we select through the Add/Remove Program function, which is a built-in tool of Windows operating system. Let’s access Control Panel first.

Windows 8 Users:

1.Move your mouse cursor to the lower right and stay there until you see the charms bar. Select Search, type “control panel” in the box, and press Enter key.

2.Like that on Windows7/Vista----simply click on the Uninstall a program item belonging to the Programs section and the list will show up.

3. find Word Shark icon and hit the above Uninstall/Change button (or double-click it) to start the removal. Follow the prompt messages to proceed.

4.Wait until the program completes the part.

Windows 7/Vista Users:

1.Click on the Start button (it may look different if your changed the theme) in the bottom left corner of your screen, move your mouse pointer to the Control Panel and hit it.

2.Find the Uninstall a program item under the Programs section and select it.

3.A new window will pop up with the list of current program installed on your machine, find Word Shark icon and hit the above Uninstall button (or double-click it) to start the removal. Follow the prompt messages to proceed.

4.Wait for a while until the program finishes the part.

Part Two: Uninstall Word Shark from Registry Editor

Please be sure not to delete the wrong thing, or some other programs might malfunction. You can export them for a back-up first in case you made any mistake.

Windows 8 Users:

1. Move your mouse cursor to the lower right and stay there until you see the charms bar. Select Search, type “regedit” in the box, and press Enter key.

2. The Registry Editor will be opened with another window, find HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Word Shark/, right-click on it and select Delete to remove the whole folder.

3.Restart your PC to take effect.

Windows 7/Vista Users:

Mozilla Firefox:
1.Run Mozilla Firefox
2.Click on “Menu” (three bars) in the top-right corner
3.Select “Help” and click “Troubleshooting information”
4.Click “Reset Firefox” to confirm the operation
5.Hit “Finish” to restart the browser

Google Chrome:
1.Run Google Chrome
2.Click on “Menu” (three bars) in the top-righ corner
3.Select “Setting” option
4.Find the link “Show advanced settings” and click on it
5.Scroll all the way down and click the “Reset browser settings” button
6.Click “Reset to proceed.

Internet Explorer:
1.Run Internet Explorer
2.Click on “Settings” (wrench icon) in the top right corner
3.Select “Internet Options” and the tab “Advanced”
4.Find the “Reset” button and click on it
5.Enable the option “Delete personal Settings”
6.Click on “Reset” and restart the browser
