MiniTool Partition Wizard has a free edition designed by MT Solution Ltd. It works for recovery of removed files, damaged data, lost partition, digital media and CD/DVD, and supports 32/64 bit Windows Operating systems.

Users can perform complicated operations by using this powerful free manager to deal with their hard drive partition (such as copying, resizing, creating, deleting, formatting, converting exploring, and hiding partitions). The main executable is partitionwizard.exe. The installer includes 10 files and is usually about 21.65 MB (22,702,025 bytes). The most OS versions are Windows (SP1), while about 39% of its users come from the United States. It is also popular in Egypt and DZ.

Yet many users have encountered problems when they tried to remove MiniTool Partition Wizard, according to their feedback online. So in this post, I’m presenting solutions to complete the uninstall task.

Safe Shortcut to Remove MiniTool Partition Wizard from Your PC

  • Install and run Max Uninstaller.

  • Select MiniTool Partition Wizard icon in the list of detected programs > press Run Analysis button on the left > Check the boxes of all items displayed and click on Complete Uninstall > follow the prompt messages to continue.

  • Wait for a few minutes until it finishes that part and the gray Scan Leftovers button turns into green > click on it > Tick the boxes of all items presented and hit the Delete Leftovers button on the left to completely remove MiniTool Partition Wizard.

How Do I Manually Remove MiniTool Partition Wizard?

Based on two most common Windows operating system, we prepared two instructions for you. Just choose the one you need, and please be 100% sure not to delete anything that is not supposed to be gone in the Windows Registry.

How to Back up Windows Registry?

Since the complete uninstall is involved Windows Registry, so before you actually try to remove MiniTool Partition Wizard, you can choose to back up the important registry keys first in case of any trouble.

You need to login as an administrator to perform these steps, or you can only change settings that apply to your user account. You can save the backup copy to a directory you specify, such as a folder on your hard disk or a removable storage device. If you make changes that you attempt to undo, simply import the backup copy (similar to how to export it).

1. To open the Registry Editor, please click the Start button, type regedit into the search box and press Enter on your keyboard. (If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type in the password and provide confirmation.

2. Find and right-click the key(s) or subkey(s) you attempt to back up.

3. Click the File menu, then select Export.

4. In the Save in box, select the location where you want to save the backup copy to, then type a name for the backup file in the File name space.

5. Click Save.

How to Remove MiniTool Partition Wizard from Windows 7

1. Hit the Start button (Windows logo in the bottom left corner) > in the menu, move your mouse pointer to Control Panel and select it > it opens with a new window.

2. Then you click on Uninstall a program belonging to the Programs section and will see a list of current programs installed on your machine. Simply find the MiniTool Partition Wizard item and double-click it. A prompt will show up asking whether you really want to remove the program > click on “Next/Yes” to continue. The first step of removal shall be finished within a few minutes.

3. Go to the Start menu again > Type “regedit” in the search box and press the Enter key on your keyboard > The Windows Registry Editor shows up in a new window.

4. Successively unfold HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software, locate the folder named Minitool Solution Ltd., right click it and choose Delete. And also perform the same to items below:

This is how you can remove MiniTool Partition Wizard from Windows 7.

Remove MiniTool Partition Wizard from Windows 8

1. Move your mouse cursor to the lower right corner and remain still until you see the charms bar showing up from the right side > type “control panel” in the search box and press the Enter key on your keyboard > It opens with a new window. (Or you can directly open This PC and select Control Panel on the interface.)

2. This part will be the same as that on Windows 7: click on Uninstall a program of the Programs section > Locate your target in the displayed list and double-click it to start the removal > follow the prompt messages to proceed and wait for it to finish.

3. Likewise, hover your mouse pointer to the bottom right to see the charms bar > type “regedit” in the search box and hit the Enter key > The Windows Registry Editor shows up in a new window.
