KB20141218 Uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud

Image

This post contains proven solutions to the A/M Adobe Creative Cloud (aka, Adobe Application Manager) software problem. Use this troubleshooting guide to cleanly delete Adobe Creative Cloud from your computer. For Windows starters, we'd highly recommend that you arm your computer with the above pro-grade PUP removal tool so you can effectively reduce any other unexpected risks in the Adobe Creative Cloud removal process.

In this article, you will be able to learn the conventional methods for erasing Adobe Creative Cloud from a Windows-based PC. An uninstall tool pro is when all the traditional measures failed or so-called uninstall-like errors (e.g., "Uninstallation of Creative Cloud desktop completed w/ errors") occurred as a result of an incomplete installation. You would never ask or Google "how to get rid of Adobe Creative Cloud", "can't remove xxx (some other unwanted software)" again.

How do I manually get rid of Adobe Creative Cloud?
1. First, I make myself the Admin user.
2. Then I find the running ACC client, click on that icon and launch Exit option on the menu.

3. Further, I run Task Manager to forcefully terminate the following Adbobe IPC Broker process.

4. Now, I continue to perform the express uninstall procedure: Control Panel > Uninstall a program > locate the unneeded ACC in the programs list > launch Uninstall/Change option.

5. Then I say Yes to the following untitled window.

6. I wait while my Win8 helps configure the un-installation request. Then, I click the Close button on the below "Uninstall Successful" info box.

7. I save my work, reboot my system. For me, there is no way I would let PUPs and/or traces slow down my system: to fully uninstall Adobe Creative Cloud, I need to erase the unused Visual C++ (2) and associated leftovers under Windows Safe Mode later.
